• You can generally submit anything, as long as it is not offensive to visitors of VTuber Expo, is not against NEC guidelines, and is not a derivative work that is plain copyright infringement.

  You can use edited memes, but please avoid 1:1 replicas of copyrighted material like logos unless you own them or have permission from the original copyright holder.

• AI slop is strictly forbidden.
• If you want to promote your logo or brand, feel free. To avoid the risk of rejection, include your official business or org email in the submission so we can verify your ownership.
• We will try to approve or reject your bid within 12 hours.
• If you are the sole bidder for a spot, you get it for free.
• If you win the auction, you have 3 days to arrange payment.
• If we do not receive a reply or payment within those 3 days, we reserve the right to give the spot to the next eligible bid in line.
